How the trial works

1. Sleep with Aligna for at least 14 nights (most people feel a difference by then).
2. If it's not for you, email returns@aligna.ca any time within 60 nights of receiving your order.
3. We'll refund you in full. You don't need to ship the pillow back — donate it, give it to a family member, or keep it as a spare.

Standard returns (unopened)

If your pillow is unopened and you've changed your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Just email us and we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Conditions

• One refund per household on the 60-night trial.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
• Original shipping charges (express upgrades only) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different product when we expand the range, just email us and we'll swap it out.
