Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Actual colour may vary slightly between screens. Dimensions are approximate.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable sales tax at the province level. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, text, images, design — is property of Aligna or licensed to us. Don't reproduce it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Aligna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Your sole remedy for a defective product is a refund or replacement under our 60-night trial or warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
