Will it wake me if I'm a heavy sleeper?
DawnBand is designed for people who sleep through sound alarms. You feel the vibration directly on your wrist instead of hearing it across the room.

Will it wake my partner?
No sound is involved, so the alarm stays between you and your wrist.

Does it need my phone or an app?
No. There's no app, no Bluetooth and no account. You set it with the button on the band.

How many alarms can I set?
Two silent vibration alarms, for example a wake-up time and a second reminder.

How long does the battery last?
The manufacturer rates it at 7–14 days per charge, depending on use. The tracker pops out of the strap and charges from any USB port.

Can I shower or swim with it?
No. It handles splashes, sweat and rain, but take it off before showering, bathing or swimming.

Is it comfortable to sleep in?
It's a light, soft silicone band with a buckle clasp. Wear it a little looser at night than during the day.

What if it doesn't wake me up?
Our 60-Day Wake-Up Guarantee covers you. Email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label and refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.
