Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in Canada only.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed.
Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show its first update.
Duties and taxes
Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout. We don't charge any extra fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee to receive a NorthRest order, please contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address until your order has shipped.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email us at northrestdawn@gmail.com. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
