Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of northrest.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from NorthRest ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

NorthRest is an online store based in Canada. You can reach us at northrestdawn@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Battery life and other performance figures are manufacturer ratings and can vary with use.

The Memory Sphere is a consumer electronic keepsake. Storage, battery and display figures are manufacturer ratings and can vary with use. It contains glass and small parts and is not a toy for young children.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Promotions and bundles

Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying quantity is in your cart. Promotions can't be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 30-Day "It Plays Perfectly" Guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Your use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The NorthRest and Memory Sphere names, logos, text, images and design of the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory that cannot be waived.

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province or territory in which you reside.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
